Traditionally, the launch of a new model did not include service teams. However, we are now transforming and with the current or impending Retail Concept, teams are breaking down silos and sales and service departments are working closely together to increase the Customer Lifetime Value.

ALL-NEW C-HR PLUG-IN COURTESY CAR


  • To engage service customers and support the above activity, we will run a C-HR plug-in courtesy car for our current C-HR customers.


  • The service advisor who identifies the most opportunities for customers to test drive the C-HR at the end of the Quarter following the arrival of the plug-in, will win a meal for two at a luxury restaurant.


  • Sales team members will hand over the vehicle and include a telematics test drive.
  • Aftersales Managers will work with the sales managers to ensure that the activity tracker is completed to identify the winning service team member.
